OHWA
PRESIDENT
The President of OHWA is the executive officer directing the business of the Academy subject to the policies, resolution, and decisions of the Steering Committee. The President shall be the principal representative of OHWA in all relationships with the university networks in Africa (AFROHUN), Southeast Asia (SEAOHUN), and similar regional and global networks focused on One Health. The President shall submit annual reports of the activities of OHWA to the Boards of AFROHUN and SEAOHUN; shall be an ex officio member of OHWA Steering Committee, but not of a Nominations Committee or Audit Committee if and when such committees are established for OHWA. In consultation with the Treasurer and the Finance and Budget Committee, the President shall prepare and present the annual budget of OHWA to the Boards of AFROHUN and SEAOHUN. The position of President of OHWA shall be alternated between AFROHUN and SEAOHUN membership for a maximum of four-year term each.

VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President of OHWA shall be vested with all the powers required to perform all the duties of the President whenever the Steering Committee shall declare the President unable to perform duties by reason of disability or such valid causes and shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Steering Committee. The Vice President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees. The position of Vice President of OHWA shall be alternated between AFROHUN and SEAOHUN membership for a maximum of four-year term each, staggered with the position of President.

TREASURER
The Treasurer shall be responsible for overseeing procedures to ensure that full and accurate accounting is kept for all receipts and disbursement of the One Health Academy; and shall be responsible, in consultation with the President, for the deposit in such institutions as may be approved by the Steering Committee of all monies, securities, and other valuable effects that are under the administration or control of OHWA. The Treasurer shall be responsible for ensuring acknowledgment is made of all contributions to OHWA and that proper records thereof are kept and reported promptly to the Steering Committee. The Treasurer shall serve as chair of the Finance and Budget Committee. The term of office of the Treasurer shall be limited to two consecutive four-year terms.
