Steps to export data into an Excel file

1. Select Form
2. Select Export All in the upper right
3. Scroll down the page and select Export Options “Export in Microsoft Excel” *
4. Click the button “Download Export File”

Note: Microsoft Excel should be the latest 16.63 version to work best.

Trouble Shooting Excel Format

Steps to export data as CSV instead of Excel file

1. Select Form
2. Select Export All in the upper right
3. Scroll down the page and select Export Options uncheck “Export in Microsoft Excel” *
4. Click the button “Download Export File”
