Emailing Trainees from Instructor Dashboard

From the instructor dashboard, instructors can email trainees enrolled in their courses.

• At the bottom of the instructor dashboard, look for the ProPanel link in the left sidebar at t bottom.
• The filter/email feature is the first thing you will see in the ProPanel
• Filter for a trainee or trainees you would like to email.
• Click the email tab and compose an email and send it.

It is good practice to have your own Trainee account registered with a different email from your instructor registration email. Use this trainee account to enroll in your course to test courses and test emails.

Tip: If you used a Gmail account to register on OHWA, you can add “+1” (or any numbers/letters) to the end of your Gmail handle, Gmail recognizes it as belonging to your email address but it looks like a unique email address to the site for which you are registering an account.  Example: yourname+1@gmail.com
